Covid-19 test at our medical office
We’re happy to organize your return Covid-19 test!
Each country has Covid-19 testing requirements, either Rapid Antigen or PCR tests, upon returning from your vacation. You can contact us by e-mail or telephone and book your appointment.
You will receive a fast result in English. All Covid-19 testing in our polyclinic is performed according to the guidelines of the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Pricelist Covid-19 testing
The PCR test for Sars CoV-2 is €45 (with travel certificate included). You will have the test results the same day.
The Rapid Antigen test for Sars CoV-2 is €10 (with travel certificate included). You will have the test results within 30 minutes.
The above rates are for tests performed at the clinic of Dr. Vittorakis – Platanias. (Payment cash or card)
Testing hours (temporarily) during weekdays from 09:00-14:00hrs.
For groups of >5 persons, the price for the PCR test for Sars CoV-2 is €40 (travel certificate included).
Covid-19 test at your home
In case of doubt of having the Coronavirus, don’t hesitate and contact us directly.
For patients who are unable to travel, an appointment can be made to have the Covid-19 test at your home. Press the call button below and clearly indicate that the test must be performed at your home.
You are requested to take every precaution to protect our employee during their presence in your home. Wear your face mask at all times and ventilate your home.
Covid-19 test at your hotel
Even during your holiday in Crete, it cannot be ruled out that you will have to deal with Covid-19. Or maybe you just have to provide evidence of a negative Covid-19 test at the airport of departure.
If in doubt and having developed symptoms, our team can perform a PCR / Covid-19 test at your hotel room. Contact us immediately and inform the management of your hotel at all times. In the event of being a suspected Covid-19 case, you are asked to remain in your room with the door closed while it is forbidden for hotel staff members to enter the room. Depending upon the test result, you will receive further instructions about which procedure to follow.
Some countries require a PCR test (result the same day in your email box) upon departure while other countries require the Antigen Rapid test (result within 20-30 minutes). All test results are in English. Call us or send us an email and schedule an appointment.

The test result is usually available the same day, written in English and will be sent by email.
If the outcome is positive, you will receive from us further instructions through Video call consultation.
You will be required to isolate as a confirmed Covid-19 case or be referred to the hospital if symptoms are severe.
The cost of the PCR Covid-19 test is 45 Euro.
The costs of the Rapid Antigen test for Covid-19 is 8 Euro.
